At the School Board Meeting on Wednesday , May 17, 2012, Board Member David S was the only Board Member to vote no on awarding the milk bid to “Bob’s Dairy”.   Bob’s Dairy was the only bidder on the milk contract.

So “let’s get this right”, after the taxpayers’ of Schiller Park School District 81 have spent $24,000,000 on the New Lincoln School, NOW the taxpayers are going to spend another $14,500 to fix the swamp land that is supposed to be the baseball fields !!!

When is this insanity going to stop ?     Why are not the engineers and construction management company going to pay for the improper design   ?     What is the School District going to do about the flooding of the adjacent homes  all of the way to Prairie Avenue ?   Is the District’s quick fix on the Lincoln School ball fields going to increase the flooding of the homes ?    When is the Village going to stand up for the rights of the homeowners ?

Is the problem that the President of the School Board’s husband is a Village Trustee ???

What a mess !!!

What is the Village and the Recreation Board trying to hide  ?

It is interesting that the Schiller Park Recreation Board members are the only Recreation Board members in the State of Illinois to receive a paycheck for being Board Members ?

Come to the meeting and ask the Board Members and their Recreation Director who lives in Wisconsin  about the elimination of the family pool passes !!!

Ask the Recreation Board Members and the out of state Recreation Director why they raised the cost of swimming at the pool when the taxpayers are paying off the $5,000,000 in bonds for the water park that was named after Mayor Anna M ?
